TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(updated June 25, 2025)
1. This form of acquisition of Spanish nationality is gratuity and is not subject to the General Rules of Administrative Procedure. That is, its granting is at the discretion of the Government; it is not a right of the applicant, so no one can guarantee its acquisition. It will be granted or not at the discretion of the Government by Royal Decree, after assessing the existence of exceptional circumstances, one of which is being a descendant of Sephardic Jews, which must be demonstrated by the Sephardic Certificate issued by the FCJE.
2. The applicant may be an adult or a minor.
3. The applicant has not been convicted in criminal proceedings, nor is he required to do so by law. There is no criminal record.
4. The applicant has a certificate from the Federation of Jewish Communities of Spain.
5. The applicant does not need to be Jewish or currently profess that religion.
6. This proposal is based on Decree 21 of the Spanish Civil Code. Any changes to the terms of this regulation will in no way be the responsibility of G&G Consultores LLC, as they depend entirely on the internal regulations of the Kingdom of Spain.
7. Therefore, it is understood that any increase or creation of any official fee, whether by the Federation of Jewish Communities of Spain or the Spanish Ministry of Justice, will be the responsibility of the client.
8. It is also understood that if there is a change in the regulation that could make it impossible to apply for nationality under the new terms, G&G Consultores LLC will not issue refunds of any kind on payments already made. The client understands and assumes this risk entirely. In any case, G&G Consultores LLC will promptly inform the client of any changes to the applicable policies or requirements, so that the parties can make the appropriate adjustments.
9. G&G Consultores LLC cannot guarantee the issuance of the Sephardic Certificate by the Federation of Jewish Communities of Spain, nor the approval of Spanish nationality by the Ministry of Justice/Spanish Government. These decisions depend entirely on these entities, so the service provided by G&G Consultores LLC is understood as a service of process, not of result.
10. What we can offer is solid and well-founded work.
11. The process of obtaining Spanish Nationality through a Letter of Naturalization based on Sephardic ancestry can take approximately 36-60 months from the time the documents are filed. However, the final and actual completion of the process depends entirely on institutions such as the Federation of Jewish Communities of Spain and the Ministry of Justice. Therefore, it is understood that if the process takes longer than stated, this will not constitute a breach of contract on the part of G&G Consultores LLC. However, it is equally understood that the process may take less time than stated.
12. The filing of the documents must be done by the applicant in person at the Spanish Consulate General in their country of residence. G&G Consultores LLC will be responsible for processing the respective appointment at the consulate.
13. Completely virtual (online) process or, failing that, via certified mail.
